Pen Flush

An essential component required for keeping a good pen hygiene. Just one bottle only required for an average user for a couple of years!

Usage Instructions

First, make a Pen flush solution for regular cleaning . Add 5 drops Pen flush to 100 ml water. Mix well. You may not get a rich foam as you expect from a dish wash or shampoo. It's not a problem. Foaming is not always directly related to cleaning action !

Procedure for Cleaning pens-

Wash pen with usual tap water.  Repeat the procedure with pen flush solution .Wash again with normal water ( or preferably distilled / RO water if you are going to keep for longer periods )

For more deep cleaning, keep the section / unit immersed in the solution overnight.

For more stubborn stains, make a stronger solution by adding 1 ml ( 15 drops ) to one ounce of water. You may need this when using Waterproof inks. Immerse for 1 or 2 days and scrub out stains using a tooth brush or( if available, a bottle brush used in labs) .

 Rarely still stronger solution may be needed. , made by adding 2 ml - 30 drops - to an once of water.

Components of pen flush are

Brij -35, EGME, and ,PPG . All safe to pens . No alcohol .
